You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a full refund.

Conditions for Return:

    • Shoes must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
    • Original shoe box must be included and placed inside a protective packing box.
    • Damaged or scuffed shoes or boxes cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Defective Items:

If the shoes are defective, CAIRS will cover the postage for the return and issue a full refund.

Postage Responsibility:

Customers are responsible for return postage charges, excluding defective items.

Refund Process:

After inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Exchange Process:

Exchanges are processed upon inspection. If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
