- Orders over $1150 are eligible for free standard shipping within the US.

- We offer both domestic US and Canada

Expedited Shipping:

- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. CAIRS Shoes is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Return Shipping:

Return & Exchange Policy

CAIRS Shoes Return Policy

At CAIRS Shoes, your satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you need to return your purchase, we've streamlined the process to make it easy and stress-free. Please review our Return Policy below:

15-Day Return Window:


- You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a full refund.

Conditions for Return:


- Shoes must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Original shoe box must be included and placed inside a protective packing box.
- Damaged or scuffed shoes or boxes cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Defective Items:


- If the shoes are defective, CAIRS will cover the postage for the return and issue a full refund.

Return/Exchange Chart:


- Please fill out the Return/Exchange chart provided on our website, indicating return code, color, size, width, quantity, and item number.
- Use the comments box for additional information.

Postage Responsibility:
- Customers are responsible for return postage charges, excluding defective items.

Refund Process:
- After inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Exchange Process:
- Exchanges are processed upon inspection; if the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
